Cancellation

We understand that life can be unpredictable and appreciate timely communication. A 72-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedule requests. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a 50% charge of the scheduled service total to the card on file. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. As a courtesy, one (1) reschedule may be accommodated if requested outside of the 72-hour window. Any additional cancellations or reschedule requests will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this grace period may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. All policies are agreed to at the time of booking and are available for review on the booking site at all times. These policies are in place to protect scheduled appointment times and ensure fairness for all clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
